- Choose your event – The event should fit the size, interest, talents, goals, and availability of you and/or your group.
- Establish Goals – Have a realistic and measurable financial goal.
- Register your Event – if you would like to use the WakeMed name during your fundraising event, please review the guidelines and fill out an application.
- Hold a Yard Sale
- Collect Coins
- Host a Car Wash
- Host a Dinner Party
- Have Movie Night
- Organize a sports competition

WakeMed Foundation Fundraising Guidelines
When you become a WakeMed Foundation Community Fundraiser, you are representing WakeMed in our community. We have developed a set of guidelines so that your fundraiser can reflect our mission and image. Please abide by these guidelines in order to appropriately represent WakeMed. If you would like to use the WakeMed name or logo in any of your advertising for your event, you must complete an application that will be reviewed by the Foundation to ensure that your event is compatible with our mission and image.
